Cannot record MUCH channel 557
When I try to record something on this channel it says "THIS PROGRAM CANNOT BE RECORDED". Any other channel I have tried to record works fine.

There are on rare occasions that some broadcasters restrict recording on a specific show or program. Are you trying to record a specific show or does it affect anything you try recording?
I recorded channel 557 without issue. You may need to Contact Telus support. So they can look into your account iin greater detail.
Are you still having the same problem now?
