Call Control accepted list will not display web page or app
In My Telus in the android app or in a web browser (Chrome, Edge, multiple devices), the Call Control accepted list (for a landline account) no longer displays (it did previously). The blocked list ...
I am having this issue too. when is this going to be resolved? this is super annoying, I want to switch providers, we have 8 lines and got a new plan, and all the call control stuff got reset and I cannot add it back anymore.

Still not working on browser or ios app, Can’t add numbers to list manually, can’t access preferences to allow failed call attempts to leave voice mail. Therefore, I am no longer getting automated calls from my kids school district. This sucks, has been going on since September. Why can’t Telus fix this?

I have been using call control for quite some time I am wondering if like other Phone service has Telus given up supporting them? I can activated call control but when I click on my accepted list or blocked list I can no longer add a number. I have call control on but I got scam call that obviously went through - it was computer generated and not human so this leads me to believe this is another service that Telus does not really care about
I found a thread here that was from OCTOBER!!! and they STILL haven't fixed this Fing problem...
my bad... it's from September... which makes me lose hope even more. 4 months...
I do not even have the ability to remove names. Also my blocked list only has 5 but I cannot add any more

Are you using the My Telus app or the website? It seems there are more options available via the website.

Possibly you have hit the limit of 25 numbers per list (accepted, blocked). I've encountered this and had to trim the list to accomodate new numbers. To make this more manageable you may wish to edit the custom name to include a date when it was added to the list so you can purge older items. The lists are sorted by this name.
