Brother Printer Won't Connect to wifi
New Brother printer won’t connect to modem (no router). School starts tomorrow. I heard it’s something to do with 2.4G vs 5G. Reset the modem and reset the printer multiple times. Please help!

Which "modem" do you have there? Telus supplies a router with all connections also. Do you have a separate wifi access point provided by Telus in addition to the modem?
