I am signed in with my credentials but it is still saying admin password required to unlock certain features. Inputting the admin password on the router is not working

Community Power UserIs it possible you have more than one Telus box and you are putting in the password for the wrong box?
If not you will likely need to work with Telus to get this sorted out.
- Are you logging into the correct device?
192.168.1.254 is the router
You probably have a booster as well and that’s where you wanna be and that is a 192.168.1.41
