    Ann3 MrSL we just deployed a fix for news recording. Can you let us know if you're still experiencing issues?

Global News at 6 stopped recording (setup as a series) a few days ago, after having worked for years.  I have tried rebooting the box, resetting the recording settings, and even manually recording the news when it was on live, but nothing seems to work.  Any help with this please?

Hmm, that should've been fixed a few months back. If that troubleshooting didn't do the trick, you may want to speak with Tech Support.
