It is very hard to guess when exactly fibre will arrive in a given area as Telus doesn't provide any details regarding their infrastructure improvements until they are complete. For larger cities where they are actively laying fibre, when a neighborhood gets fibre there is sometimes no annoucement right away. If fibre was laid in your area already and it's ready to use, the above linked form will work. If not, the more people in a given area that fill in that form, the more attention that area will likely get.
