3 Gig PureFibre — Severe Upload Throttling on Telus Server / Quebec Routing Loop

Hello. It looks like I have the exact same problem described above. For the last 16 months my 3G pure fibre worked like a charm with almost exactly the same down & up (~2.3 Gbs for both - I am on 2.5 switch. About a few days ago I noticed that Up is lower by mostly 1 Gbs and sometimes even lower. It only happens when doing Speedtest on Telus’s server option (ALL OTHER SERVERS ARE SHOWING 2.3 GBs for both down an up). We checked everything but this problem persists. Has anyone figured out what causes this ‘anomaly’. I’m totally perplexed because so far I haven’t had any problems with 3G Pure Fiber…Unless Telus is doing some maintenance or other reasons on their site.
