Issue w prepaid plan,cannot call toll-free numbers
Hi, I am currently using the Telus prepaid plan that costs $100 per year. It includes unlimited nationwide talk and text, plus 2 GB of data per month. Calling personal numbers works perfectly fine.

I also contacted Telus through the chat and they called me back.
They also told me that they couldn't figure out why this is going on.
