Have been waiting for an estimate for new security system for 3 weeks!!
What does one need to do to get Telus to sell us an alarm system?? We had a technician come to the house 3 weeks ago who promised we would receive an estimate for an entire new system the following day. No one contacted us. And it is impossible to actually reach a person to ask at Telus. This is our last attempt. We will cancel our existing contract with Telus and go elsewhere.
