fraudulent account
From may 2023 , A telus bill has been showing on my credit report. Even i came in canada in september 2023. The account does not belong to me and I have never opened a Telus account in the past. I tried reaching out to Support but they wouldn't help me without the account number.
I don't know the full account number as I neve opened it, I don't have any emails or anything confirming the account. I tried disputing through Equifax and TransUnion but nothing gets done.
please confirm the details about account, and remove it .
