I cancelled my home services with Telus in November due to deteriorating service. I returned all my equipment and now a credit agency says I have an outstanding balance. Just proves I made the right decision to cancel! When I spoke to a CSR they said they would connect me to Customer care but I got a recording to say the office isn’t open! After 50 years as a customer this company has lost its way
