Why is it so bad??

My wireless internet barely works. I have to toggle my internet on and off on my phone every 5 seconds to load anything. Downloading anything or watching anything is an impossible task. I am going to throw this garbage router off the balcony. A hundred dollars a month just to have a headache trying to do anything with internet. And does customer support even exist for this company? I try to contact support and they just restart the modem for the millionth time. Also as soon as I sign up with telus I start getting scam calls from 2 different numbers claiming to be telus which is highly suspicious and leads me to believe that telus sold my information to scammers, so thanks for that. I am so done with company, what a joke.
