can u help me solve my account w/ Telus Loyalty please.

I have been calling Telus Loyalty hoping someone would answer & leaving messages with no reply.. extension 1407164 Priorty escalation direct number
ETS# 1238586 contact Daniel...I tried calling 50+ times last week hoping someone would answer include waking up at 3 & 4 am to phone during your business hours... Does anyone answer this or is only voiemail I think & I get errors when leaving messages from Thailand.. Are my messages getting throu or I am wasting my time calling more thinking someone will answer eventually????? Please check with this extension & reply if it is working please please... It is possible to communicate by email if you first file a complaint from by logging into your My Telus web page.
To answer your question, no one seems to have that phone number.

GRIZBOY There isn't a specific email for this team but we took a look at the case ID and re-escalated it for you. We've asked they prioritize email correspondence given your situation.

Im working Overseas in Thailand on reverse business hours..
Talk to a Phillipine supervisor & he left me a number that now not works..

I am also unable to contact Telus during these business hours. I have spent several days offering suggestions which just get shut down. Telus offers no help and practices no problem solving skills of their own. I would not expect any resolution from them unfortunately. I will be taking half a day off work and losing income to call them. I will be cancelling all my services at this point as I cannot rely on being able to contact them.
