Can’t Tape CTV News

Signed up with Telus in July 2024.  For awhile, I could tape CTV morning news as a series as usual (from our previous provider).  Then, around August, I was not allowed to tape it as a series, only individual which meant, poor me, scrolling ahead to each day’s program and taping it.  Of course, I forget and then we miss it.  I can go back and replay it on the TV guide, but then I have to watch all the commercials.  Tell CTV news they are losing viewers because of this issue.  Hope you can fix this soon.  Thank you.
