Can’t arm and de-arm directly on panel

I need help I can no more de-arm my panel directly with my code I need to use the Telus MC app

I call support about it and the only thing they do is reset it?

Hi there @fs5qc If I understand correctly, you have your own code to arm/disarm. Let's say your code is 1234.

You walk up to the panel and you type in 1234 and you are unable to disarm your panel? What error does it give you?
