What I have validated over years of customer service; the old saying "its hard to help those who won't help themselves". Your comment does not make sense: the PM is on this platform (so secret and you obviously use this account since your first post appeared here) and the CM did not stipulate when you should reply - that totally up to you to schedule. Personally I would take the helping hand when it is offered; you are unlikely to get the offer from any of Telus's competitors. You could also help by describing you problem in more detail; order what from which location/part of Telus. Just like you Telus would like to keep their personal details out of the conversation. Giving you a phone number that everyone else can read is not on.
