I recently received notice that Telus is replacing its Pik media box with an upgraded model. However, I have two boxes. Does this mean I have to purchase a second box to replace the box I bought a couple of years ago?
It doesn't feel overly warm. It will work for a while, then suddenly it loses the internet connection. There's no issue with my internet, all my other devices work. Pik box requires continuous restarting.
Same problem here too. Pik box seems to be losing the wifi signal, even though the preferences say the signal is excellent. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I guess that's the best we should expect.
