Thank you for the quick reply. There is still a disconnect with Telus regarding the Bonus100 yearly plan. I requested a CSR call back from Telus prepaid to clarify the questions posted here and terms and conditions of the plan. I spoke with an agent named Sheila on Oct. 7 from prepaid support. She told me on the phone exactly the opposite of what Telus support said here via a PM and this chat.
My agent Sheila put me on a hold and came back and said 'YES' the promo will remain on my account into the 2nd year and continue for another 12 months. Provided I have $100 in the account before my expire date and set it to auto renew. She also said not to worry as the conversation and my questions are noted in my account. They also record the conversation if needed in a dispute was mentioned.
My friend also has this plan and he called prepaid support. He spoke with an agent named KayCee. She also confirmed the promo will remain intact for the 2nd year.
From the customers point of view what CSR or department is the customer to believe with totally different answers to the same questions ?? There seems to be a lack of communication somewhere at Telus in relaying the proper information to customer questions on this matter. Can this BONUS100 plan concern be escalated to a manager at Telus to actually get the correct information please for the customer ? I currently don't have any confidence in Telus to get this right. A managers contact to clarify would be appreciated and regain lost confidence in this company.
I see the same concerns voiced on different social media platforms asking the same thing with the same opposite answers being given to the customer. Please have a Manager reach out via PM or a call back to discuss the different info supplied so far by Telus reps. Thank you.
