Hi bgag29 - your best bet would be to contact our customer service team but what issues are you having?
I just switched from Bell to Telus, I am in a remote area without cellular service. I drove an hour to get to an area with a cell signal, I then enabled WiFi calling and then when I got back home, I got a message saying, could not enable WiFi calling and now it's turned off again.
