Yesterday morning I called Telus to become a new plan member, transferring from Koodo. All was going well until I replied "yes" to the confirmation text saying I wanted to leave Koodo. My service was...
Visit a Telus store, you have to purchase an eSIM card or request one shipped to you. Archaic I know, but this is how they support Android, iPhones can be done remotely.
