Webstore exchanges
I have emailed the Webstore Team to exchange my recent purchase as I do not like this phone. They took over a week and I still don’t have a link to webstore.
I ordered it as August 25. I have been waiting for the webstore only to find out they cannot help me as I want an iPhone in exchange. I am on the 24 month plan
- When was it delivered to you? Anything beyond 14 days of the device being delivered or purchased in a store is beyond the return window.
