Transferring to TELUS from Koodo for Family Plan Discount
I'm currently in my last couple of months for my Koodo Tab/contract and I was curious how the process switching from Koodo to TELUS is in this scenario. Do I have to wait until my contract is fully up before I can switch, or since Koodo is under TELUS am I allowed to transfer over earlier? I currently have a $45/month plan, if I were to switch over with a couple of others that are also with Koodo are we all required to switch to a particular TELUS phone plan to get the family discount, or can we still keep a version of our plan with similar/same pricing? Thanks.

Hi Marty11 - you'd need to check with the team in order to see what offers are available. You can schedule a callback using their Virtual Assistant on the Koodo Website, or you can send them a message on X or Facebook - whichever is easiest for you
