Transfer, eSIM, QR

Where do I find the QR code that is supposed to activate my eSIM?  I’m trying to move my mobility service to Telus while keeping my phone number, but Telus is not making it easy. I can see the IMEI2 on my iPhone, but I have no idea what to do next and I am terrified of losing my number. The reason I didn’t use the SMS option in time is because I was trying to confirm what to do and what not to do.
