Telus TV+ start from the beginning

I used to be able to rewind and catch SC with Jay Onrait on TSN from the beginning of an episode if I joined mid-broadcast, but now it's strictly live-only viewing with no restart option. Why the ch...

    Are you seeing this on telustvplus.com or on the TELUS TV+ app on another device? As discussed here: https://forum.telus.com/discussions/my_home_services_and_devices/replay-on-browser-not-working-/172652

    there was a back-end server upgrade that required us to temporarily turn off restart on telustvplus.com. The changes are nearing completion and we should be able to turn restart back within a couple of weeks. Restart should be working on all other devices though; I just tested and can restart Sportscentre from last night on TSN on my TELUS TV Digital Box, iPhone, Fire TV and Apple TV.  It is worth noting that not all channels/programs have restart rights, so this can change from time to time.
