Price Match request not processed
Phones purchased with Bring it Back on Nov 28 @ $17 a month @ Telus store. Black Friday price changed Nov 29 to $10. Submitted price match requests same day ( 2 phones ) and received text the reque...
Same here, I even called them and they said they didn’t even have the request. Even my plan I got at 65$ and on Black Friday it’s at 60$ and the guy on the phone said they don’t price match plans but when I bought my phone they gave me a paper with a QR code to scan to price match both the phone and the plan. Also requested the price match on the 29th and gave them a call on the 9th this month.
