Prepaid Plan Issue

No. It kept getting removed after the first two months, but Telus kept reassuring that it's been corrected. The most recent communication exchange was that they've added a data add-on at no extra fee, except now that I'm getting charged extra fess for the data add-on. Now they've said they're unable to communicate via PM with me due to a system issue yet I can send PM's to other members. Tell me how that works.
Definitely regret choosing Telus as a service provider now.
