Overcharged Mobile Bill
Hi,
I’m currently living in Korea and haven’t used my phone at all, but my mobile bills for last month and this month are higher than usual. It seems I may have been overcharged for roaming services, which I did not use.
This same issue happened last year and was resolved after I reported it. Could you please look into it and correct the charges as soon as possible?

No, this issue hasn’t been resolved yet. I’m still waiting to hear from TELUS Support.
