New phones haven’t arrived
Upgraded online, advertised as fast free shipping. This was the week of Boxing Day.
The phones shipped right away but the delivery date has come and gone with the status on both just saying “delayed”. No update since January 2nd.
its impossible to reach anyone at purolator, and I understand the strike put them in a tough position but do I just wait and hope and pray the phones show up?

At least you got a shipping email - I ordered 2 phones 8 days ago, they charged my credit card and took the money right away, meanwhile the orders haven't even been processed!
I am in the same boat. Placed order on Dec 29, 2024. On Dec 30, 2024 received confirmation from Telus the order shipped with Purolator tracking number. Shows label created, pick up, arrived at sorting facility Etobicoke and finally left the sorting facility on Dec 30. Jan 1 says Delayed in transit due to disruption and again on Jan 2
Nothing new since. What makes me concerned is my spouse ordered a Rogers Device same day and it showed the same thing but no delay. We got it on Jan 2, 2025. We had two more Purolator shipments also since that are successful.
this maybe a case where the truck had an issue and cargo is damaged requiring them to take account what can be selvaged and notify shippers of loss. Could be awhile if that is the case. But that’s my best guess as I can’t get through to Telus to speak to anyone for help.
The same thing is happening to me, I don't know what to do or where else to call, they put me on hold for 3 hours, he doesn't answer emails, and now in the application it comes out as if I already had the cell phone.
