I’ve been lied to and scammed
I’ve switched two phones from Rogers(great provider) to Telus because of the unbelievable deal offered to me $80 after tax for both lines ($40each). Telus does record all conversations so I know they...

Same thing just happened to me. Was offered a $40 monthly plan and the discounts that were offered to me by the door to door salesman didn't show up and Telus support has no record of it. Very frustrating and disappointing experience. Ended up paying a termination fee on bell, now I am over $300 out of pocket and paying the same as I was on bell. Going to leave Telus the first opportunity I get and never coming back.

Honestly, my best advice for you when it comes to Telus is be persistent. Don’t back down know what you were told and what you promised. Be sure of it. Make sure you can back it up anyway possible like make sure you know the plan the stats of it the amount of it if you can call them out and say I was sold on a certain plan and I expect to get that service because that’s their job they legally have to Give you the service that they sold you on like they legally have to otherwise I would call if you call in a customer service don’t even give them the time a day say I want to speak to loyalty. And then tell loyalty and if loyalty has the same response, say OK I wanna talk to escalations and do not back down on that like be persistent and be adamant and they will put you through escalation and once they do trust me, they will fix it, but you’re gonna have nothing but problems. Trust me. I’m still with them stuck on this contract and my bill is still never been the same. I have not once gotten what I was promised to this day.
