Google Play Charges to my Telus Bill
I canceled my account late last month (but have since re-opened a new account with Telus as I was unhappy with the new provider). My old account initially showed a credit, but that amount is now less...
Today I am having exact same problem, had Busuu subscription on the phone bill (15$). I have called into the TELUS service to get it reimbursed by doing "one time" refund. They are not able to help me cancel this monthly subscription :(.... If Telus Support can contact me to help me on this... That would be great.
I contacted Busuu and they advised me to contact Digital Online Development customer care at 1 (437) 536 9235. They had record of a subscription using my number and I had them cancel it and send me email confirmation of the cancellation.
