Hello,
same thing happened to me as well, bought samsung watch back in September. I have been getting charged for google play services. Spoke with customer service multiple times but no help. Then googled the issue and find out other people are also facing similar issues then tried again with customer service but no help. Please look into the matter and solve the issue.
