I seem to be having the same issue my watches number is being charged and the dispute charge support is zero help. I have no transaction id available to me and can not make purchases from my watch as I have not set that up so this is impossible. Google wont get back to be however my transactions show nothing even close to the amount being charged to my watches phone number. Ty

I was having an issue logging in so sorry
They ended up getting a manager to call me back and I told him everything I had investigated and I had no records on Google play of this and my watch wasnt even set up to make any type or purchases. I also mentioned your post and that a few others had also posted that they figured the previous person who had their number somehow was billing it to the number still. He acknowledged all my information and said that was odd but he believed me and reversed the charges. Honestly the easiest fastest solution ive had with telus in 17 years lol.
I never did find out what the actual reason for me being charged the google play charges was.
