forgot pin
If I ever had a pin number with Telus it is long forgotten. I go to "Update Pin". They say, "The PIN numbers that you have entered do not match, please re-enter both PINs." I repeat, with great care...
you can also reset the pin by logging into My Telus, going to My profile/reset pin.
