forgot pin
If I ever had a pin number with Telus it is long forgotten. I go to "Update Pin". They say, "The PIN numbers that you have entered do not match, please re-enter both PINs." I repeat, with great care. Same reply. Try again. Same reply. Do it using cut and paste to be absolutely certain. Same reply. NOW WHAT?

you can also reset the pin by logging into My Telus, going to My profile/reset pin.
