Hello TELUS_Support: I have sent numerous direct messages to you regarding your offer of help. Alas, nary a response has come my way. It's ironic that I receive actual EMAILS notifying me that a Telus team member is awaiting my response and yet there are no message in my 'neighbourhood inbox'. I never thought I'd be advocating for email support but here we are. I won't post my email address here but I have sent it to you by DM. The ongoing case of Telus and the Enigma of Customer Service.
