Please stop using the useless AI customer service agent.
It doesn't work.
And nobody has time to wait 4 hours for a living person after we've convinced the AI to allow it to happen.
Please start responding to emails and email replies.

Hello and thank you for replying,
I tried to follow the link but it just tells me:
"Account Verification Error - Please return to the social channel and wait for a Representative to respond."
And when I try to reply to your PM it says "Correct the highlighted errors and try again" but highlights nothing before telling me I've sent too many private messages even though none have sent.
