Connecting to a Mobile representive is nearly impossible
Why is it so difficult connecting to a Mobile representive? I've been trying with extremely long wait times(1/30-3hrs) all hours of the day and still no luck.
I need to discuss about the over charges on my mobile bill and i can never get connected to someone.
This is utterly ridiculous and has been the case for a few months now.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

IT also tells me i cant get call back at this time every time i try
