change name greeting in voicemail
i cant change my voicemail name greeting, it literally has no option to let me change it i can change greetings but none of those are my name greeting
We have the following instructions to change the voicemail name greeting, so you can give this a try:
- Dial 1 followed by your 10-digit phone number from your handset.
- Enter your password when prompted.
- Select option 3 for Greetings.
- Choose option 1 for Personal Greetings.
- Select option 3 to Record Greeting.
- Record your new greeting (up to 1 minute) and press the # key to end recording.
- Finally, press the # key to accept the new greeting.
