Cancelling my Telus Mobility plan while living abroad
Hi,
I was wondering how I can cancel my plan if I don't have the option to do it via phone call. I haven't been able to find any solution online yet.
Can anyone from Telus help me with this issue?

I left Canada almost a year ago, and I don't think I'll be coming back anytime soon. It'd be great if I could do the cancellation without a phone call, due to the expensive international fees.

Hi thhonda, for security reasons account cancellations can only be processed over the phone. May we ask the reason you wish to cancel services with us?
