I returned a perfectly good phone to Telus and I now have a charge of $140 because my phone “showed major wear and tear”. That is total garbage! What recourse is there to dispute this? The phone supp...
My future phones will be handed in directly at a Telus store so I don’t have to go through this again. My advice if you do mail it in is: pictures, pictures, pictures.
I did end up having everything worked out this time, received an extra credit, but the frustration was not worth going through it again.
