Billing

I just want it noted how awful it is that Telus is passing on credit card fees to its customers on top of some of the highest data charges in the world! Shame on you Telus! People are struggling to pay for food and gas right now.

    I just cancelled my auto payment and will go back to paying manually online from my bank. Auto payment didn't save me any time anyway since I always check my credit card transaction each month to make sure the correct amount was charged.

    My electric utility and natural gas supplier do the same. I just pay through my online banking.

    Jacy  Points for using CC Has let to this - 3% is a lot of money for a company to absorb-small companys for sure. Pay by check- bank transfer and avoid this. One way or another you still have to transfer money to pay what is owed.
