9 months agoDefinitely appreciate the feedback. We've notified customers of changes in the past (and still do for certain things) via text and/or email. That course of action however also brings with it the risk of complaints from customers who deem it "spamming", etc. We always encourage all of our customers to read their bills for such messages every month.
