21 days agoHi there, We want to reassure you that what you’re seeing is a known display issue that can occur around the start of a new billing cycle. While your payments are processing correctly, the dashboard and bill status may temporarily show inaccurate information until the system fully updates. This can also cause the previous month’s bill to remain visible or for the new bill to appear without the statement immediately available. Our teams are working on a fix, but in the meantime, the information usually corrects itself within a short period without any action needed on your end.
