Bill Date - Due Date
I wish Telus would just print the DUE Date on my bill versus making me guess. I have automatic payment set up. Telus does say on page 2, " The total due will be charged to your bank account 15 day...

Community Power UserMy bill states “due upon receipt” and a payment through a bank can be expected to take 3 days. If I recall, the contract describes grace periods.
Since you have automatic debit, they have in effect notified you that the due date is 15 + 3 days from the bill date.
