Account canceled

Hello.I was just wondering if my account is canceled, is all I have to do is pay the outstanding balance to get my service restored? Or do I have to get a whole new SIM card or service provider? I wou...

If your service is cancelled, you need start again. If it was only suspended, you need pay the balance and contact Telus to have it restored.
