Ongoing Issues Adding Apple Watch to Telus Account
My experience with Telus Business Mobility Sales, instore associate, and tech support over the last two weeks is listed below. I don't know where to go at this point, so please have someone reach out...

Wish I'd seen this a week ago. I just went through the exact same thing, bought an Apple Watch, tried to setup it up for a family member (child) and after a week of run around, came to the same conclusion. Family watch plan must be setup under a consumer phone account, not business. Huge waste of time spent on this thinking I did something wrong, no one at Telus explained this, until today. Now just trying to figure out what to do. Anyone know if this would work with the pay-as-you-go plan? There's a $100/year plan I could just use with an old iPhone, cheapest option I could find.

Hi CraigBB
As far as my research shows, pay as go plans do not support Apple Watch For Your Kids. It seems, according to Apple's website, Telus (on a personal plan) and Bell are the only providers in Canada that even offer Apple Watch For Your Kids. Bell does offer it through Business Mobility plans FYI (we plan to switch when our contracts are up FYI). While I haven't confirmed the pricing with a Bell rep., the website says $15/month.
Curious though, what is this $100/year option you found?
THANKS in advance,

Yeah, it's all clear as mud. Here is the $100/year plan details:
