3 months agoWith TELUS Business PureFibre, the fibre line connects into an ONT (the fibre terminal) at your panel, and from there the signal can be handed off to either Ethernet or coax depending on how the location was previously wired. In your setup, it looks like the connection is feeding your Cisco gateway directly, which is why you’re not seeing a separate modem. You will need to contact tech support They can review your account to confirm the equipment you have and whether a TELUS Wi-Fi access point can be added. These support separate 2.4 GHz signals if needed.
