I got my phone activated on Friday and the same night I got suspended due to suspicious activity. I called online support and they had me email documents to [email protected] it's been almost 5 days...

1 year agoYou'd need to speak with our Fraud Management team directly about that. In terms of payment, if your documents were all sent in, surely the situation will be resolved without forcing a fee.
