We just rented a new building for our business and have called Telus a couple times and they said they cannot find the address. The address is definitely correct according to our city. They do have t...

If it's a new building sometimes it takes a bit of time for Canada Post to get the address in their database. That may be the issue. If you look here on Canada Post's website, is the address found?
