Telus PicoCell

I have a Telus PICO cell which was installed by a Telus TFR MTL tech a few years back. Recently the PICO cell keeps losing signal (phones show full bars to 1 bar). I tried calling in but the reps had no idea what a PICO cell is. Can a Telus agent who’s familiar with PICo cell that can trouble shoot this contact me ?

    I've never heard of Telus offering anything like that to individuals before. How did you get one? What's a TFR MTL tech? I've never heard of them either.
